I’m Eleanor, a Personal Trainer and Health Coach based in Berkhamsted. I specialise in helping women 40+ get stronger, improve fitness and feel like themselves again.
Whether you’re completely new to training or getting back into it, everything is tailored to you and your starting point.
I don't like to be weighed, but I've dropped two dress sizes since working with Eleanor and have so much more energy. She is very calm and approachable, and I never feel judged.
